The Proposal Coordinator reports to the Proposal Manager and works closely with the Marketing and Relationship Management teams to support White Construction’s Strategic Plan and Relationship Management Annual Goals & Objectives. This role focuses approximately 80% on proposal and interview development, which includes coordinating pursuits, leading, developing, and preparing compelling proposals and presentations, and supporting project teams through interview preparation. The remaining 20% is dedicated to traditional marketing, event planning, and asset management, working alongside the Asset Manager. The Proposal Coordinator plays a key role in achieving business development goals and advancing company-wide pursuit efforts. This is a corporate team that supports all White Construction offices/regions, and AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) experience is required.
