About The Position

The Proposal Coordinator supports the Campaign Strategist with dynamic proposals, multi-media presentations, and administration for procurement proposals. This role creates accurate and impressive RFP responses and presentations as part of a team under tight deadlines.

Requirements

High School Diploma, or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Customer Service environment experience and call or service center experience preferred.
One (1) + year of experience working in an advertising sales, client services, or agency environment preferred.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

Processes all proposal elements and deliverable documents, including Excel spreadsheets, photo databases, PowerPoint presentations and map creation.
Assures complete and timely completion of proposal deliverables.
Works according to service level agreements ensuring accuracy of deliverables and speed of response to internal clients.
Reviews request for proposal expectations and determines best approach.
Utilizes Clear Channel’s proposal and mapping tools to compose and edit key data for proposals.
Prepares proposal data using Excel, access databases to collect proposal material and develop maps using mapping software to chart locations of media products and demographics data.
Uses Salesforce worksite for each assigned proposal to ensure proper workflow.
Uses proposal file access and tracking protocol to ensure the integrity of all proposal documentation.
Coordinates with internal specialists to ensure completion and accuracy of all proposal elements.
Performs other duties as assigned.
