In this role you will: Serve as Estimating and Cost Volume lead/support on a broad range of small to medium sized proposals. Product areas includes Advanced Strategic Programs and Missile Defense Programs. Candidate will develop, plan, and schedule proposal activities in coordination with proposal team. Develops proposals in accordance with RFP specifications, TINA, FAR, DFAR, and company policies and procedures. Will analyze and compile historical data, build cost models and assist in the development of cost estimates to support quick turn pricing exercises. Participates in fact-finding meetings and pricing reviews with management and the customer.

Requirements

Ability to work in Microsoft Office or Excel and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work independently as well as part of a team
Ability to obtain a secret clearance (US citizenship required)

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in the aerospace/defense industry
Bachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, or related discipline
Advanced Excel skills
Proposal cost estimator experience
Knowledge of the proposal process and BOEs
Current Secret or Top Secret clearance
Proposal, contracts, and estimating experiences
