About The Position

You will be the Proposal Analyst Stf for the Rotary Wing Systems (RWS) program team. Our team is responsible for delivering winning proposals that drive the success of Lockheed Martin’s rotary‑wing portfolio. What You Will Be Doing As the Proposal Analyst Stf you will be responsible for leading pricing and proposal activities across USG, FMS, and DCS International bids. You will partner with program, finance, and senior leadership to ensure every submission meets the highest standards of cost, compliance, and technical excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Developing and managing pricing models for spares, repairs, sustainability, and production proposals using ProPricer. Coordinating the full proposal lifecycle—from RFP receipt and Proposal Authorization through management‑review and certification. Providing audit support and fact‑finding for government reviewers and negotiating terms as needed. Facilitating input from divisional stakeholders and maintaining compliance with program and corporate processes. Communicating effectively with senior management and cross‑functional teams to drive decision‑making. Requirements

Generally has 5+ years of related experience and may have a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline.
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Experience with IDIQ proposals/contracts

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
Working knowledge of LMMFC financial software including EFS
