About The Position

The Proposal Analyst Staff will be responsible for shaping and delivering compelling proposals that secure key missile system contracts. This role is part of the Proposal Development Team, which is responsible for delivering competitive, high-quality proposals that win critical missile system contracts. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, collaborative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning complex technical data into persuasive narratives. Requirements

Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
Strong financial/analytical/technical skills
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Aptitude for learning financial software and/or database systems
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a proposal analyst leading major proposal efforts
Knowledge of FAR and Cost/Pricing Data Requirements
High attention to detail and ability to summarize large volume of complex data to influence executive decision making
Experience using proposal estimating or pricing systems (e.g. ProPricer, BOEPro, Cost Volume Pro)
Experience with multiple proposal contract types (e.g. FFP, CPFF, FPIF, CPIF, etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop and submit winning proposals for missile system contracts.
Coordinate cross-functional inputs to ensure technical accuracy and compliance.
Analyze customer requirements and the competitive landscape to craft differentiated solutions.
Maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, and documentation repositories.
Support post-submission debriefs and capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
