Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Three (3) years related experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Computer proficiency required
A valid driver license in the state where the facility is located with an acceptable driving record required

Responsibilities

Assisting in property control functions
Maintaining records of all company and government equipment, consumable property
Assisting with accurate reporting of all property information submitted to the government, in compliance with government and management directives
Inventory of all center equipment, supplies, and reconciliation of the inventory to property records
Compiling information from research and physical inventory to prepare property data transmittal sheets to update and correct property listings and maintain proper accountability
Controlling storage of all accountable and consumable property
Preparing and controlling property requirement lists
Reviewing all internal move orders and controlling data input into the government system
Maintaining computerized records
Monitoring purchase requisitions for accountable property
Assigning account, PRL line item, schedule, federal stock, and property tag numbers to property
