This is an Independent Contract (1099) position open to local residents of Fort Wayne, IN
Requirements
- Valid Drivers License
- Own a smartphone with working camera
- Have a reliable source of transportation to take same day requests
- Be outgoing and approachable
- Dress in business casual attire
- Be okay with frequent travel throughout the metro area
Nice To Haves
- No real estate experience is necessary, as all training will be provided by the company.
Responsibilities
- Travel to investment properties.
- Photograph the interiors of residences, ensuring to capture the flow of the space.
- Meet with potential real estate investors at investment properties
- Edit and adjust photos for lighting, contrast, and watermarks.
Benefits
- Mileage reimbursement at $0.35 per mile (or $0.60 per mile if tolls apply).
