About The Position

Facilities Standards Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across rental homes and all shared community facilities within the McLemore community. This position conducts detailed inspections of rental homes, the community pool, recreational amenities, and public facilities, and provides hands-on support as needed to maintain these standards. The role works closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to uphold an exceptional guest and member experience.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to use inspection tools, checklists, and mobile reporting systems.
  • Frequent walking and standing throughout rental homes and community facilities.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, and carry items related to inspections, cleaning, and maintenance support.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality housekeeping, property inspections, facilities, or maintenance support preferred.
  • Knowledge of public-area sanitation and pool safety standards preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Rental Home & Facility Inspections Conduct routine and post-turn inspections of rental homes to verify cleanliness, readiness, and adherence to established standards.
  • Inspect kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, linens, appliances, and outdoor spaces for cleanliness and presentation.
  • Document inspection findings, deficiencies, and corrective actions using checklists or reporting systems.
  • Identify, report, and follow up on maintenance issues, safety concerns, or damages with Property Management and Maintenance teams.
  • Community & Public Space Oversight Oversee cleanliness and condition of community public spaces, including the clubhouse, community pool, recreational areas, restrooms, and all shared facilities.
  • Inspect pool decks, furniture, towel stations, and adjacent washrooms to ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Ensure recreational areas and amenities meet appearance, sanitation, and safety standards.
  • Maintenance & Cleaning Support Assist Maintenance staff with minor repairs, setup, and preventative upkeep as needed.
  • Perform light public-space cleaning and touch-ups when immediate attention is required to maintain standards.
  • Support special projects, deep-cleaning efforts, and seasonal preparations as assigned.
  • Standards, Safety & Coordination Verify compliance with community, hospitality, and safety standards, including pool and recreational area regulations.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and grounds teams to address deficiencies and ensure timely resolution.
  • Monitor inventory of public-area supplies and report needs as necessary.
  • Secure and maintain custody of keys, access devices, and inspection equipment.
  • Guest & Member Interaction Maintain a friendly, professional, and service-oriented demeanor at all times.
  • General Duties Turn in lost and found items to Property Management for proper logging.
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and special assignments as requested.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary by management.
