As t he Property Services Technician, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of technical tasks, from maintenance to complex repairs, to ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of agency facilities. Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• One (1) year Defined Experience: General maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or related experience
• Valid Texas Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

• Licensed maintenance skills or trade certifications (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing)
• Candidates with fewer than 1 year of experience may qualify with the completion of vocational or technical training in general maintenance, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or other building trades
