Facilities Standards Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across rental homes and all shared community facilities within the McLemore community. This position conducts detailed inspections of rental homes, the community pool, recreational amenities, and public facilities, and provides hands-on support as needed to maintain these standards. The role works closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to uphold an exceptional guest and member experience.
