The salary is relative to experience and ranges from $102,936 to $113,579 + super. As a Property Services Analyst, you'll help manage the financial processes behind the department's property portfolio. From monitoring transactions and resolving complex enquiries to supporting supplier relationships and reporting, your work will help ensure people have the information, systems and support they need to make informed decisions. You'll work closely with stakeholders across finance, property and operations to improve processes, solve problems and maintain high service standards. No two days will be the same, with opportunities to analyse trends, identify improvements, support team capability and contribute to projects that make work smarter and more efficient.

Requirements

Confidence using financial systems, technology and reporting tools
A willingness to support, guide and share knowledge with others
Proficient in MS Office, with a strong focus on Excel
Must be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or permanent resident or hold a valid Australian working Visa for the duration of the appointment.
