We are looking to bring on a full-time Inventory Specialist to join our team at Pacific Aire, to maintain the positive, can-do culture that will go above and beyond the expectations of our customers and to maintain our solid reputation in the community. We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Property Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll handle property repairs, maintenance requests, and preventative upkeep to ensure our properties remain safe, functional, and attractive.

Requirements

• Proven experience in property maintenance, construction, or skilled trades.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Have and maintain a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing.
• Previous experience in property management or facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and drywall.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve tenant repair requests in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, materials, and labor.
