About The Position

Mountaineer Cleaning & Maintenance (MCM) is seeking a Property Readiness Houseman in Sevier County, TN. This full-time role involves keeping vacation rentals guest-ready, especially when unexpected issues arise. The job requires an individual who prefers to stay active, solve problems independently, and ensure properties are prepared before guests arrive. Responsibilities include driving between properties to deliver supplies, respond to issues, restock items, perform minor maintenance like changing batteries or light bulbs, and document work. This role is distinct from cleaning or specialized maintenance, focusing on operational flow and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Delivering linens, towels, supplies, and owner items
• Responding to inspection callbacks
• Restocking missing supplies
• Replacing batteries, light bulbs, and air filters
• Completing small property resets
• Taking clear completion photos and documenting your work
• Keeping your work vehicle organized and stocked
• Communicating with dispatch throughout the day
• Solving problems before guests ever know they existed
