About The Position

Renjoy manages over 200 vacation homes in Colorado Springs and is experiencing rapid growth. We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to manage the process of bringing newly signed homes from the initial walkthrough to being guest-ready. This role requires independence, efficiency, and the ability to work without constant supervision. This is a project-based contract position where each onboarding is a distinct engagement with a defined scope and completion criteria. The specialist will manage multiple onboardings concurrently, have the flexibility to set their own schedule within project deadlines, and will be evaluated on results rather than hours worked. This role is ideal for individuals who manage their own business, work with multiple clients, and excel when given clear objectives and the autonomy to achieve them. A valid Colorado driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle are mandatory, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail; ability to identify issues and act on them proactively.
Comfortable making independent judgment calls on purchasing, staging, and prioritization within defined parameters.
Experience in property management, interior staging, hospitality operations, or a related field.
Ability to work quickly under tight timelines without compromising quality.
Proficiency in using smartphone apps and software tools for documentation and work tracking.
Operates an independent contracting business or works with multiple clients.
Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
Active Certificate of Insurance (COI) required prior to the first engagement, with responsibility for maintaining coverage.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-person inventory walkthroughs of newly signed homes, documenting existing furnishings, decor, and equipment.
Record video during walkthroughs for inventory tracking and internal reference.
Identify and report maintenance needs and guest experience issues found during walkthroughs for resolution before property launch.
Source and order approved inventory items (primarily via Amazon) within the allocated project budget, exercising sound purchasing judgment.
Coordinate the scheduling of the initial deep clean with the housekeeping team.
Stage the property for professional photography and guest arrival, including art placement and cord management.
Coordinate and schedule professional photography sessions.
Set up welcome materials for the first guest stay.
Confirm the property meets all guest-ready standards upon go-live.
Participate in project check-ins as needed to align on active property timelines.
