Sound is growing and we are hiring a property monitor to our growing team! Sound is one of King County’s most comprehensive providers of quality mental health and addiction treatment services, supporting our area’s most vulnerable populations. A central tenet of our work is Reaching Recovery, an evidence-based clinical care model. The Property Monitor is responsible for assisting and supporting property managers and tenants in following and abiding by Landlord tenant and Fair Housing Laws and House Rules. This position also helps with basic day-to-day operations of the property. Ensures compliance with all applicable housing, regulatory agency and federal, state, and local laws. Maintains acceptable and physically supportive environment for all tenants. We are currently looking for a person who has a passion for human services.
