The Property Manager at AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) contributes to the organization's mission by serving as a friendly and helpful point of contact for tenants, prospective residents, and other visitors at AHF’s Healthy Housing locations. This role is crucial for enhancing the reputation of both AHF and its Healthy Housing Foundation. Key responsibilities include showing living units, facilitating the signing of leases and other necessary forms, and scheduling move-ins. The Property Manager is also tasked with coordinating resources for families, preparing rooms, and ensuring new residents receive essential items like remotes and rules. Leveraging property management expertise, the individual will generate written reports on building progress, complete incident, safety, or security reports, collect rent, and maintain the tenant database using AppFolio. Effective property management is vital for expanding HHF's capacity to serve more clients and for safeguarding AHF’s property, thereby maximizing the utility of the Health Housing Foundation. The Property Manager is expected to be adaptable and flexible, consistently adding value to AHF’s Healthy Housing Program(s).
