About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Property Manager for Summit on the Lake Apartments, a multifamily community in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site position scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role oversees on-site personnel and community operations, supports a positive team environment, builds relationships with residents, and works to maintain occupancy, renewals, and rental income.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience in multifamily housing.
Experience managing a team of 2 or more employees.
Good computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Yardi experience preferred.
CRMIQ experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all on-site personnel.
Oversee and foster a great working environment for the team.
Build and maintain relationships with community residents.
Ensure the property is leased at or above market occupancy.
Achieve the highest possible renewal rates for existing tenants.
Post, collect, track, and manage delinquencies of rental and other income.

Competitive annual pay of $65,000–$75,000.
