The Property Manager will be responsible for managing large affordable properties, ideally 400 or more units. This role involves working with a large team of employees (10 or more), requiring the ability to work independently, make sound judgments, organize and manage the team effectively, and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines. The Property Manager will communicate effectively with multiple agencies, including the county of Henrico, and manage HUD properties, ensuring compliance with HUD inspections (MOR and NSPIRE). Key responsibilities include completing annual recertifications in a timely manner, handling budgeting (preparation and adherence), and collecting rent timely according to policy.
