About The Position

The Property Manager is responsible for achieving company and client budget objectives. This role involves supervising all Marketing, Leasing, Administrative, and Maintenance functions, as well as managing resident/landlord relations and overseeing accounting and collections. The Property Manager will supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management, and is responsible for property-specific and company reporting requirements under the supervision of the Area Director. The position requires adherence to all organization policies, practices, and procedures, and participation in team efforts to achieve property and company goals. Special projects and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Social Media savvy with creative marketing abilities.
  • Motivational leader.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A bachelor's degree or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family Property Management including supervisory solid skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to maintain strong working relations with internal colleagues, owners, and vendors.
  • Background checks are required before employment begins.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve company and client budget objectives.

  • Oversee accounting and collections.
  • Supervise day-to-day office and maintenance operations, including project management.
  • Ensure property-specific and company reporting requirements are met on or before due dates, under the supervision of the Area Director.
  • Follow all organization's policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.
