About The Position
Housing Visions is seeking a Property Manager to oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, administration, and improvement of an assigned portfolio. This role involves monitoring quality service, marketing, and resident relations while protecting the company's investment. The Property Manager will utilize management skills to train and motivate leasing office staff to achieve property management goals.
Requirements
- Reporting directly to the Regional Property Manager and Asset Manager
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, administration, and improvement of assigned portfolio.
- Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations.
- Maintain the company investment.
- Utilize management skills to train and motivate leasing office staff to reach property management goals.
