We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented, and dependable leader who can use their interpersonal and customer service skills to lead our senior living community. You will run the day-to-day operations of our community while maintaining a pleasant and engaging environment for staff and residents. This role will ensure that the property adheres to company policies while also following applicable laws and regulations. Multi-tasking, timeliness, consistent enforcement of policy, and ability to quickly adapt as situations arise will be key to success in this role.

Requirements

  • 3 years in a supervisory position required.
  • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, electronic, face-to-face.
  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Exhibit or attain proficiency in computer systems including Microsoft Office products, HUD online systems, and industry specific software.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's Degree or higher and certifications in field preferred.
  • Experience with multi-organizations or a single organization with multi-sites a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of compliance. This includes managing initial certifications, annual recertifications, and ensuring all resident files are audit-ready.
  • Manage the waiting list, conduct tours, and oversee the leasing process from application to move-in.
  • Collect rent and work with vendors to ensure cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for residents and their families. You’ll resolve conflicts with empathy while maintaining firm community standards.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure the building remains clean, accessible, and hazard-free for residents with varying mobility needs.
  • Collaborate with the Service Coordinator to encourage social engagement and connect residents with local resources (food assistance, transportation, healthcare).
