About The Position
We need an experienced Property Manager to run our 53-unit residential community in Muskogee. You will handle daily operations, tenant relations, leasing, and maintenance. Your goal is to keep occupancy high, control costs, and ensure the property is safe and profitable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in multifamily property management.
- Strong communication customer service, and basic accounting abilities.
- Familiarity with local landlord-tenant laws and fair housing rules.
- High school diploma required
Nice To Haves
- Yardi experience preferred.
- college degree or property management certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Show vacant units, process applications, and complete move-ins and move-outs.
- Collect rent, resolve resident issues, and enforce community rules.
- Manage repair requests, schedule vendors, and oversee upkeep of the grounds.
- Handle budgeting, track expenses, and submit regular financial reports.
- Follow local housing laws, fair housing regulations, and lease terms.
