Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing facilities (or multiple sites)
• Comfortable with basic electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and pool systems
• Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

• Pool Operator license
• Pesticide Applicator license

Responsibilities

• Keep the building and grounds safe, clean, and member-ready every day
• Run the pools so they meet all health codes
• Plan and schedule maintenance so members barely notice the work
• Lead and develop our housekeeping team
• Partner with the CEO/COO on renovations and improvements
• Handle snow removal, event setups, and the little things that make the Y feel like home
