About The Position
Apartment Property Manager Needed for New Construction in Augusta, GA. This role requires 100% affordable and LIHTC experience. Onesite/RealPage experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs. Prior lease-up experience and/or proven success in high-occupancy lease environments is essential. A strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, hold teams accountable, and create urgency in sales is required. The role involves working one weekend per month. New Construction experience is mandatory. Competitive pay and benefits are offered. Full background verification is required. EOE.
Requirements
