About The Position

Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time onsite Property Manager to oversee 4 properties totaling 141 units in Northridge, North Hollywood, and Van Nuys. This role includes a free 2-bedroom apartment, a $300.00 auto allowance per month, and a $25.00 cell allowance per month. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience
• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments
• Must live on-site
• One weekend is required and must be available for on-call as needed
• Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed
• A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
• Conduct unit inspections, Property inspections and upkeep
• Service of notes and all aspects of day-to-day management
• Market, conduct tours and lease apartments
• Conduct competitive market rent analysis reporting
• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
