About The Position
Housing Visions is seeking great people to join their team as a Property Manager. This is a Full Time benefit eligible position with work locations at their Lockport/Niagara Falls offices. The role involves overseeing and managing the operation, maintenance, administration, and improvement of an assigned portfolio. The Property Manager will monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations while maintaining the company investment. Additionally, they will utilize management skills to train and motivate leasing office staff to achieve property management goals.
Requirements
- Full Time benefit eligible position
- Monday – Thursday 7:00 am - 4:30pm
- Friday 7:00am-11:00am
- Pay Range is $24-$26/hr.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operation, maintenance, administration, and improvement of assigned portfolio.
- Monitor quality service, marketing, and resident relations.
- Maintain the company investment.
- Train and motivate leasing office staff to reach property management goals.
