About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably at scale. You will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide. As a Property Manager, you will own end-to-end management of OCI property assets supporting mission-critical operations. This role ensures building services, vendors, compliance, and tenant relationships operate to the standards required for high-uptime environments.

Lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and operational service delivery.
Capital planning and execution support for upgrades, compliance projects, and lifecycle improvements.
Management of service provider performance, including enforcement of SLAs, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
Readiness for audits/inspections.
Ensuring safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
Regular reporting, forecasting, and issue escalation to site and regional stakeholders.
Coordination with engineering and facilities teams to ensure property decisions support uptime, access control, and operational constraints.

Responsibilities

Own lease administration, budgeting, vendor contracts, and operational service delivery for assigned properties or campuses.
Lead capital planning and execution support for upgrades, compliance projects, and lifecycle improvements.
Manage performance of service providers; enforce SLAs, safety requirements, and compliance documentation.
Maintain readiness for audits/inspections and ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness plans are in place and practiced.
