About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee residential communities. The role requires a minimum of three years of experience in residential community or property management, with prior supervisory experience in selection, hiring, team training, and coaching. A strong working knowledge of multifamily property management practices is essential, including Fair Housing laws, building maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and the use of property management software. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management, balancing income and expenses to achieve optimal results. Occasional travel is required.

Requirements

• Minimum three years’ experience as a residential community/property manager required.
• Prior supervisory experience: selection and hiring, team training and coaching, budget processing.
• Working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes: Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and use of property management and accounting software.
• A strong understanding of bottom-line and comprehension of balancing income and expenses to ensure the best overall results.

• Occasional travel required.
