And you’ll find a place where your work changes lives — including your own. Fraser is seeking a Property Manager to provide leadership and oversight of Fraser’s Independent Living apartments. This position is responsible for ensuring effective property management and compliance with HUD regulations, Fraser policies, and established budgetary guidelines while supporting a safe, accessible, and positive living environment for tenants.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Human Services or related field required.
  • Valid Minnesota Driver’s License with acceptable record required.
  • Ability to understand and implement HUD regulations required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two years of property management experience preferred.
  • HUD experience highly preferred.
  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee rent collection and the preparation of financial information in accordance with HUD guidelines and Fraser policies.
  • Maintain required documentation and provide information for regular audits.
  • Address and resolve tenant concerns and infractions and monitor compliance with lease and program requirements.
  • Coordinate eviction procedures, as necessary, in accordance with applicable regulations and Fraser policies.
  • Coordinate and participate in informational meetings for tenants and other stakeholders.
  • Support Service Coordinators in serving as liaisons between tenants and their Individual Support Assistants, friends, and family members.
  • Identify and address safety, accessibility, and property-related concerns.
  • Facilitate effective communication between Independent Living tenants and Fraser management.
  • Coordinate accounting and financial information for the Independent Living apartments, including developing and monitoring correction plans for late rent or outstanding balances in collaboration with the Accounting department.
  • Attend HUD trainings regularly to remain current on applicable regulations, requirements, and best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.
