Responsibilities

  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, bookkeepers, leasing agents, and team members.
  • Administering existing leases.
  • Collecting rental income and fees.
  • Providing clients with detailed monthly accounts receivable reports.
  • Overseeing property inspections.
  • Establishing tenant service and complaint procedures.
  • Negotiating vendor contracts.
  • Supervising vendor work.
  • Reviewing and approving all contracts, lien waivers, and requests for payment.
  • Collaborating with bookkeepers to prepare monthly financial statements.
  • Calculating annual escalations.
  • Managing invoicing and expenditures diligently.
  • Engaging in community efforts by attending merchant association meetings.
  • Leading marketing initiatives.
  • Collecting and approving all invoices and expenditures on the property.
  • Utilizing a purchase order system to authorize and control expenditures.
