The Collier Companies is seeking a Property Manager to join our team! This is an on-site role, reporting from one of The Collier Companies’ community offices in Athens, which offers a storied music history, incredible food culture, and botanical gardens. It is home to the University of Georgia and Georgia Museum of Art. Athens was ranked as one of the best places to visit in Georgia. A Property Manager will be an experienced leader, with the ability to direct, motivate, and inspire a large team! Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a successful Community Manager is strongly preferred.
• Ability to manage a financial plan (aka budget).
• Exceptional customer service skills with a quick problem-solving approach.
• Have an eye for detail and commitment to curb appeal standards.
• Desire to learn and grow within an award-winning organization.

Nice To Haves

• Background in conventional and student housing is a plus!
• A plus if you have experience creating your community’s financial plan!
• Strong technical skills and experience with Entrata is a plus!
• Experience with renovation projects and capital projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a community size of 200 or more apartment homes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team.
• Create and implement marketing plans.
• Manage a financial plan (budget).
• Ensure commitment to curb appeal standards.
