We are currently hiring for a Property Manager to oversee a community in Pooler, GA. We are looking for a strong, seasoned Manager with a proven track record of turning around underperforming communities, improving occupancy, and driving overall property performance. Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience as a residential Property Manager required.
  • Prior supervisory experience, including hiring, team training and coaching, and budget management.
  • Strong working knowledge of multifamily property management practices and processes, including Fair Housing laws and regulations, building and grounds maintenance, resident relations, leasing, rent collection, eviction procedures, accounting principles, property safety, and property management/accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of property financials and the ability to effectively balance income and expenses to achieve the best overall results.
  • Proven experience improving occupancy and property performance, preferably in an underperforming community.
  • Occasional travel required.
