About The Position

Property Management Associates is seeking a Full-Time Property Manager in Santa Ana, CA. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience managing Class A properties with 250+ units and proficiency in Yardi Voyager and Microsoft Office. The Property Manager will be responsible for conducting property walk-throughs, supervising team members and vendors, and marketing/leasing apartments. A key requirement is to live on-site, with a 1-bedroom apartment offered. Requirements

• A minimum of 3 plus years experience managing 250-unit plus Class A property
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Must be able to live on-site
• Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
• One weekend day is required
• Valid Driver's License
• Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a DMV check
• Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Physical

Responsibilities

• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
