Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong initiative and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
- Experience managing property operations, occupancy, and resident relations
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience with leasing, renewals, and resident retention strategies
- Ability to inspire accountability, professionalism, and performance
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to operational excellence
- Weekend availability required
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
