About The Position

Paragon Residential Management LLC is looking for a driven and experienced Property Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a dynamic residential property while delivering an exceptional living experience for residents. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for property management, we want to hear from you! This is a part time opportunity requiring some level of flexibility. A typical work week would consist of 30+ hours M-F 9:00 - 2:00.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in residential property management or a related field
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws and fair housing regulations in New York State
Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills
Proficiency with property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, or similar)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for property visits

Nice To Haves

Real estate license or property management certification (CAM, CPM)

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of Glen Esk Apartments in Glenville, NY, ensuring smooth and efficient management
Market vacant units, conduct showings, and manage the leasing process from application to move-in
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly
Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor scheduling, and property inspections
Monitor budgets, collect rent, and manage accounts receivable and delinquency follow-up
Ensure properties remain in compliance with local housing codes, regulations, and safety standards
Prepare and maintain accurate records including lease agreements, financial reports, and resident communications
