About The Position

Carteret Management Corporation is hiring a Property Manager to oversee operations at Cedar Cover, a newly built affordable housing community in Bradenton, Florida. This is a full-time, salaried position. The Property Manager oversees resident relations, property operations, Low Income Housing Tax Credit program compliance, on-site staff, and administrative processes. The role includes marketing and leasing, maintenance supervision, purchasing and budget management, addressing resident concerns, coordinating with vendors, staff hiring and training, and use of RealPage OneSite for operating efficiency. The position also manages reporting to the RPM and corporate team, biweekly payroll, and weekly accounts payable packages. Requirements

• Prior experience.
• Analytical ability to evaluate challenges and recommend an appropriate course of action.
• Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and RealPage OneSite.
• Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with on-site staff, vendors, the corporate team, and residents.
• Must work in a drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, customer service-oriented approach to management and work to meet resident and community needs.
• Oversee community operations, including marketing and leasing, maintenance supervision, purchasing, budget management, resident concerns, and vendor interactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program standards.
• Hire, train, and motivate the on-site team; assist in evaluating employees; and direct staff activities to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Maximize use of RealPage OneSite software for operating efficiency.
• Manage reporting to the RPM and corporate team, biweekly payroll, and weekly accounts payable packages.
