About The Position

Seldin Company is seeking a Property Manager at Kovar Court and Woodland apartments. These properties are located in Missouri Valley, IA and Woodbine, IA. These are a HUD/Senior communities with 70 total units. This position will pay up to $51,000 annually, determined by experience, certifications, skills, and education.

Requirements

• Leadership and team development
• Solid judgment and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent verbal and organization skills
• Budget and financial reporting knowledge
• Two years of management experience
• Three to four years of property management experience

• Associates or Bachelors degree in any field or industry certifications will be considered

Responsibilities

• Serve as the supervisory position with authority, responsibility, and accountability to plan, implement and monitor business operations of the property.
