About The Position

American Landmark Apartments, an award-winning workplace, is seeking an experienced and driven Property Manager for Conrad at Concord Mills, a 357-unit residential community in Charlotte, NC. This role is critical to the company's success and involves ensuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Regional Manager. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working in the apartment industry within a similar role
• Knowledge of RealPage/LRO and One-Site or similar systems is required
• Strong customer service experience required
• Background and drug screening are a requirement

Nice To Haves

• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is highly recommended
• College degree helpful but not required
• Bi-lingual is helpful

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise office staff
• Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
• Manage the property's leasing efforts
• Implement company leasing techniques and sales methods
• Maintain full knowledge of property rental information
• Operate the property's budget within company financial guidelines
• Interview, screen, and hire staff
• Prioritize resident requests with efficient and courteous responses
• Generate various company-required reports
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of resident retention programs (e.g., newsletters, referral programs, social activities)
• Secure at least 10% of the overall closed leases at the property
