About The Position

We are seeking a part-time Property Manager Contractor for our mobile home park. This flexible, hands-on role involves maintaining the park's condition, communicating with tenants, and assisting with various upkeep tasks. The hours will vary depending on park needs, with an estimated 6 hours per week during slower periods and up to 20 hours per week during busier times. The compensation is $20 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Spray weeds weekly during spring, summer, and fall
• Blow and collect leaves once a week
• Toss junk and help keep the park clean
• Check and clean the laundry every other day
• Help with small repairs and general upkeep
• Post notices, communicate with tenants, and knock on doors when needed
• Assist with move-ins and general park support
• Film the park using a phone or GoPro to share updates with owners and help show the condition of the property
• Notify the Regional Manager immediately of any issues
