About The Position

Railey Vacations is seeking a Property Manager to complete routine home inspections, secure homes following departures, and prepare homes for arrivals. This role involves checking the functionality of all appliances and electronic devices, promptly reporting maintenance or housekeeping issues, and providing homeowners with regular, effective communication via email or phone.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Computer experience required

Nice To Haves

• Use of company vehicle on rotational basis (after 90 days)
