About The Position

Invest West Management is hiring a Property Manager (Residential) to manage and drive performance across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties. This role is responsible for day-to-day operations, resident relations, and overall portfolio performance. We are looking for someone with property management experience who wants to take ownership of a portfolio, help drive its performance, and continue to grow in their role. This is a high-impact role within our rental operations. You will be responsible for managing your portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with residents and owners, and ensuring properties perform. At its core, this role is about ownership. You will balance operational execution, resident experience, and compliance to support the long-term success of the portfolio. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of property management experience (single-family or scattered-site preferred)
  • Active Washington Real Estate License (required, willing to obtain while employed)
  • ARM (the ability to obtain at the first available class)
  • Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws, landlord-tenant regulations, and compliance
  • Proficiency in property management software (AppFolio, Yardi, Buildium, or similar)
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of accountability and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across a portfolio of single-family and small multifamily properties
  • Oversee leasing performance, including marketing, showings, applicant screening, and lease execution
  • Drive rent collections, enforce lease terms, and manage delinquencies with accountability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and owners, resolving issues and maintaining strong relationships
  • Partner with Maintenance to ensure work orders, inspections, and property conditions are handled efficiently and to standard
