About The Position

Hudson Grove Property Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a 168-unit portfolio across properties in Lakewood and Wheat Ridge, Colorado. The Lakewood-based role is supported by on-site leasing and maintenance teams and calls for a leader who can balance property operations, performance goals, and resident needs in a fast-moving market. The Property Manager will develop teams, improve systems, and drive performance while fostering belonging, consistency, resident trust, and strong communities.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of property management experience.
• Ability to lead people effectively.
• Clear communication and follow-through.
• Ability to learn quickly, make decisions, and solve problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-minded environment.
• Commitment to quality and consistency for residents.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Yardi experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop on-site leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams to achieve performance goals.
• Take ownership of occupancy, renewals, service levels, and resident satisfaction.
• Monitor and review financials, budgets, and performance reports.
• Maintain weekly and monthly operating rhythms in line with the Hudson Grove Way.
• Apply company procedures and policies consistently, using coaching where appropriate.
• Ensure effective leasing execution, vacancy coordination, owner reporting, and resident communication.
• Develop ongoing strategies for revenue, retention, and property performance.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships across teams, with residents, and with leadership.
