You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a talented on-site team, and ensuring a top-tier resident experience. Your ability to lead, think strategically, and drive performance will directly impact the success of the property and the people who call it home.

Requirements

A natural leadership presence and the ability to inspire others
Operational and financial acumen with a strategic mindset
Excellent communication and organization skills
Strong understanding of Fair Housing laws and property management systems (Yardi is a plus!)
A hands-on, solution-oriented approach in fast-paced environments
A commitment to high standards, accountability, and professional growth

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations, service quality, and curb appeal
Lead, develop, and support an on-site team focused on results and growth
Manage budgets, financial reporting, and operating performance
Plan, coordinate, and oversee capital improvement projects
Partner with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Conduct routine property inspections and implement improvement strategies
Cultivate strong relationships with residents and create a positive community experience
