About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee all aspects of operations at Mill Run Apartments. The Property Manager will maximize occupancy, increase revenue, control expenses, ensure compliance, and lead a team committed to excellence. The role calls for a proven leader who can build a high-performing team, create outstanding resident experiences, and deliver strong operational results. Weekend availability is required.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of apartment industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory and leadership experience.
• Active Property Manager's License required.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong oral, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop teams.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Weekend availability required.

Nice To Haves

• Professional designations such as CAM, CAPS, or HCCP are highly preferred.
