Property Manager
About The Position
Property Management Associates is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee 3 properties totaling 94 units in Long Beach, CA. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of conventional multifamily property management experience and proficiency with Yardi Voyager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to supervise team members and vendors, and proven leasing capabilities. The position requires living on-site and being available for on-call duties, including one weekend day. Requirements
- A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
- Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Must be able to live on-site.
- Knowledge of property accounting, such as Yardi
- Valid Driver's License and Evidence of Auto Insurance will be needed.
- A background, DMV, and Pre-Employment Physical will be conducted as part of our application process.
Nice To Haves
- On-call status and one weekend day is required
Responsibilities
- Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
- Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
- Supervise team members and vendors.
- Supervise and schedule maintenance staff & vendors
