Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day operations, leasing performance, and resident relations

- Manage rent collections, renewals, and financial reporting
- Coordinate vendor services, maintenance needs, and property upkeep
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, safety regulations, and company policies
