About The Position
Nxt Property Management is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to lead operations at Arden Place in Orem, Utah. This role is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the community, including team leadership, financial performance, resident satisfaction, leasing strategy, and owner communication. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader passionate about property management, team development, and delivering outstanding service, capable of balancing operations, customer service, and financial management while fostering a strong community culture.
Requirements
- 1+ year of multifamily property management experience required
- Strong budgeting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-service driven with a positive and professional leadership style
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or team management experience preferred
- Experience using Yardi property management software strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English/Spanish strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop an on-site team to achieve operational and performance goals
- Oversee daily property operations, leasing activity, and resident relations
- Manage monthly budgets and expenses to meet or exceed financial targets
- Prepare and present annual operating budgets and business plans
- Review financial reports and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Build and maintain strong communication with ownership through accurate reporting and updates
- Maintain thorough knowledge of floor plans, amenities, pricing, market trends, and competitive communities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve resident concerns professionally and efficiently
- Ensure property appearance, operations, and service standards align with company expectations
- Adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment while maintaining professionalism and accountability
