Requirements

• 2+ years of Property Manager experience (multi-family required)
• A strong track record in leadership, team development, and results
• Confidence in budgeting, recruiting, training, and day-to-day operations
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and electronic)
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Nice To Haves

• CAM, CAPS, or HCCP certification
