About The Position

Tesoro Group is seeking a Property Manager to join one of our clients' teams at two properties in St. Louis Park and Long Lake, MN. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in Property Management, with Luxury/Class A experience being a requirement. This is a contracted role expected to last through the end of January 2027, working with two Class A properties totaling over 200 units. The schedule is Monday-Friday daytime hours, with 3 days in St. Louis Park and 2 days in Long Lake. The compensation is $29-$30/hour DOQ.

Requirements

2-3 years’ experience in Property Management
Luxury/Class A experience is required
Full cycle leasing – new leases and recertifications
Ability to pass a Kari Koskinen background check before employment

Responsibilities

Marketing, reviewing applications, and income qualifying applicants
Conducting thorough inspections prior to move-in
Assigning work orders to caretakers, maintenance, or vendors
Moving in new residents and explaining all lease documents
Building tenant relations
Completing additional special projects
Training new assistant site managers
Collecting rent, entering into Yardi, and filing unlawful detainers per procedures
Complying with fair housing regulations
Understanding financials and budgets
Ability to manage staff
Inputting maintenance work orders
Maintaining tenant files
Filing
Answering phones
