We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee and optimize operations for a large multifamily community (300-499 units). Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; MRI experience preferred.
• Knowledge of real estate contracts and leases.
• Experience with rent collection, G/L postings, and daily deposits.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for community engagement.

Nice To Haves

• MRI experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage property operations within approved financial guidelines and budgets.
• Drive performance in leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, and compliance.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure quality standards.
• Handle evictions and delinquent accounts in accordance with regulations.
